Considering:

1. That until now the flow of Ahmadiyah endeavored to develop pahamnya in Indonesia, although there are MUI fatwa and has forbidden her;
2. Understand that developing Ahmadiyah has been raised keresahaan community;
3. That some people ask for confirmation again MUI Fatwa on Ahmadiyah understood in relation to the occurrence of various opinions and different reactions in the community;
4. That, to meet community demands and maintain purity Aqidah Islam, need to look MUI fatwa reaffirms the flow of Ahmadiyah.

Given:

1. Firman Allah SWT.,
Muhammad is not the father of a man among you, but he is the Messenger of Allah, and cover the prophets, and Allah is Aware of all things know (QS. Al-Ahzab [33]: 40)
And that (which we ordered) This is My Way that is straight, so follow him and do not follow the street (the other), because the way that separate you from His way. That is in God commanded thee that ye may ward off (QS. Al-An'am [6]: 153)
O those who believe! Keep yourselves. It is not those who go astray will harm you if you you have got the instructions .... (QS. Al-Ma'idah [5]: 105)
2. Hadist Prophet S.A.W.; A.l.:
He said: Tiadak have sesudahku Prophet (HR. al-Bukhari).
He said: "apostolic and prophethood has been lost, and therefore, no prophet or apostle sesudahku (HR Tirmidzi)

Given:

Define: Fatwa ABOUT Flow Ahmadiyah

1. Reaffirms decision MUI fatwa II General Assembly in 1980 which provides that Flow Ahmadiyah are outside Islam, and led astray, and the people who follow Islam is a heterodox (of Islam) '
2. For those who follow terlanjur Flow Ahmadiyah to immediately return to the teachings of Islam Haq (al-ruju 'ila al-haqq), which is in line with the al-Qur'an and al-Hadith.
3. The Government is obliged to prohibit the distribution of Ahmadiyah understood throughout the country and freeze the organization and close all operations.
